What you can send

• Public logos, headshots already posted on a practice website, and published bios.
• Public profile URLs you want cited in the preferred-providers directory.
• House contact for media questions — not a clinical inbox.

What not to send

• Patient names, charts, images, or other protected health information.
• Claims that Health IQ is your clinic, HIPAA covered entity, or care team.
